Shipping Policy

I am using first class shipping, and first class international which is generally tracked.

First class Domestic shipping takes from 2-5 Business days.

Priority Mail Shipping takes 1-3 Business days.

International:

  • First class International shipping takes 7-21 Business days.
  • First class International Untracked shipping takes 10-30 Business days.
  • Handling time takes 2-5 business days.
  • Please also be advised that some countries have their own import fees and that I will not mark any items as gift or under declared any items.
  • I am not responsible for customs fees.

Combine Shipping

If you'd like to combine shipping contact me asap. Please note that I can't guarantee that I will be able to after a certain amount of time.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are not accepted do the following reasons

  • Buyers remorse
  • Incorrect address provided (send me an email to update the address)
  • Preorders cannot be cancelled
  • Change of mind

Order Cancellations are accepted under these conditions

  • Made a duplicate order
  • Serious financial crisis (please don't abuse this)
  • Payment error or overcharged
  • Refund for a Lost item
  • Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason as the funds are spent on production. 

Returns/Exchanges

  • All pins are sold is, and their condition will be stated on the listing and in the pin grading system section.
  • Refunds are given If its a case of a mistake on my part, or if the item arrives damaged, I will offer a refund or a replacement if I still have the stock.
  • International orders will automatically recieve a refund for the item.
  • No exchanges are allowed currently.
  • Buyer must submit an email request for a refund or replacement pin within 15 days of the delivery date. (Damaged pins only) 

Lost Packages

  • If for any reason the tracking number status isn't updating please contact the shipping company's offical phone number to see where the package was last scanned.  Sometimes they forget to scan it which can be a huge hassle!
  • Packages must be missing for atleast 30 days to count as lost.
  • Buyer must submit an email request for a refund or replacement pin within 30 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.
  • I am not responsible for lost mail due to incorrect addresses provided.
  • If the package is in your area and hasn't arrived, call your local post office to see if it's being held. Also make sure you check your door for missed delivery attempts.
  • international orders, the item may be held in customs for various reasons. Keep a look out for any notices. 
  • I am not responsible for Stolen packages. Please make sure you keep track of your package via the tracking number.

Returned Packages

  • Please be advised that returned mail due to an incorrect mailing address will result in you having the repay for the shipping.
  •  I am not responsible for reimbursing mail that was returned to me due to incorrect addresses provided.
  • Please be advised that unclaimed mail will result in you having the repay for the shipping. 
  • Please also be advised that some countries have their own import fees. Please be prepared to pay for these fees. Any returned packages due to unpaid fees will result in you having the repay for the shipping.

Free Sticker Promotion

  • Stickers can only be shipped out when the specificed amount is reached within a single trancasction.  Not including shipping.
  • It can only be applied to in stock items, all made to order items can be ordered there just must be one in stock item that the sticker can be shipped with.
  • Promotion applies while supplies last.
